If you are not 100% pleased with photofinishing services provided by Harold’s Photo Centers, we will happily remake your order or refund your money, no questions asked. Please call customer service at 800-568-6619 for assistance.

Refunds for purchases made online with a credit card will be provided as a credit back to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned product/merchandise. This can take at least 24-48 hours to update on your bank statement.
