the event that your merchandise becomes damaged or is not functioning properly by working directly with
the product manufacturer to keep you photographic equipment in perfect working condition.

If you experience a problem with your equipment, first call our Service Department at 1-800-568-6619
to obtain service authorization on your product. Advanced authorization is required prior to repair.

Once Authorization is approved, please bring the following items into a Harold's location near you.

• your camera/equipment
• any necessary accessories (lenses or flash)
• a copy of your original sales receipt
